“I’m Just Curious”: Finding Space To Be Still are short workshop programs of three various lengths designed to meet the needs of your group or organization. Each program incorporates mindful or contemplative practices through individual and group collaborative experiences that can include deep listening, writing, reflection, art, and/or nature activities. This is also an innovative approach to the team building process.
